We provide contests that divide your group into teams to rotate through fun games. Each team plays each game and they're under time limitations. this gets everyone to bond as teams as well as to adapt to changing circumstances and make executive decisions to push them to victory.
WE CAN CUSTOMIZE TO EXTREME LOCATIONS We also have ways to adapt to beaches, ski resorts, mountains, deserts, and just about anywhere you can come up with. We create games based on the locations. An example would be sand castle building for a beach environment. If you are getting out of the office to go to a specific type of location, ask us how we can adapt the Mini-Olympiad for your group.
The group is given a bag of cookies. Each player, in turn, rotates through as they try to move a cookie from their forehead into their mouth without touching it with their hands.
The groups rotate through a shooting gallery using fun targets and foam darts. We can use targets associated with competitors or negative concepts, such as waste, anger, or failure.
Each team works to develop paper airplanes. They can build and test them within a given time constraint. They choose one design and one or two pilots. They get a chance to throw to compete in distance and accuracy.
Each team is given a pack of cards and asked to costruct a tower only using the cards. They can use whatever technique that they would like and the tallens tower wins. There are various offshoots allowing for other construction requirements.
Each team is challenged to relay for distance. The objective is to be able to go back and forth without error or movement as they stetch their line into the distance. While Frisbees are the standard, we can do this with a variety of batons.
We provide a station for a team to engage in a combination of games and puzzles in competition with the other teams. This can include word puzzles, sudoku, jigsaws, and a wide range of other mental challenges.
GREEN EVENTS We can build this event as an environmentally friendly adventure. We can challenge teams to learn about the natural world around them and conduct acts that would promote cleaning up the area and foster new growth. This could include planting trees, trash clean-up, creating a garden, trail maintenance, and many other choices. As for us, we recycle, utilize local talent when preferable, and look to leave places better than we found them. When we do travel, we take pains to reduce our impact on the environment.

WE COME TO YOU These custom-built events can be performed anywhere. Often they are done in public at venues with the general public wondering what's going on. Spreading geographically across an "operations area," teams strive to achieve their goals efficiently in a festive atmosphere. This is a nice choice for getting people outside and enjoying the area instead of never leaving the conference rooms of a meeting and incentives gathering. Likewise, these are more often accomplished in large conference spaces to achieve the goals.
WE COME TO YOU! We work with groups that are small, medium and large. We also work with people that are in the city, the suburbs, and that are in more rural areas. It never made sense to get our own facilities. We come to a venue of your choosing and this allows you to make your own food and beverage options. In general, you want enough light to see, enough space to move around comfortably, and it should be quiet enough to hear. Everything else can be adjusted to. We also have our insurance in order and can have COIs with your venue as an additional insured, if required.
The first step is to determine your needs. This includes potential goals, desires and concerns. The more we know about what has already been decided can allow us to narrow the conversation to approaches that interest you.
We need to know the city where the event will be as well as what kind of venue might be used. A date, or date range, for when you would like to have this and what time frame you are looking for will help to determine our commitment and availability. Knowing the size of your group, though that will likely just be an estimate, will allow us to choose appropriate options and have a better feel for the resources required.
If you know budget limitations, that can allow us to restrict the conversations to those options that will be within your financial constraints. This works in both directions. We don't want to overbuild and propose options that can't be done. Also, we don't want to provide less than we could realizing the resources that could be made available to better achieve your goals.
