By making some changes to your process we can enhance the safe environment of your workplace and increase the productivity of the business. First, many employees will take it upon themselves to perform their tasks differently to be safer. Secondly, they tend to perform their tasks slower to prevent problems. When comfortable, they can produce at full speed.

REDUCE INSURANCE COSTS

While insurance covers the costs of many incidents, the reality is that they do not exist in a vacuum. As with auto insurance, the more that you use it, the more it costs. Likewise, taking affirmative actions to reduce incidents can reduce premiums. We work hard to fix potential problems and reduce these costs.

PREVENT DISRUPTIONS

Of course, the priority is the protection of your employees. An additional result of an incident, however, is a costly shut down. This results in a temporary work stoppage and has many employees having nothing to do. Restarting is also costly and employees tend to be less productive as the worry persists.

This includes in the big cities, the suburbs, or further outside the urban areas. We do not provide the food or the venue. We come to you and help you achieve the success that your company deserves!

WHAT IS THE REASON?

The first step is to determine your needs. This includes potential goals, desires and concerns. The more we know about what has already been decided can allow us to narrow the conversation to approaches that interest you.

WHAT ARE THE DETAILS? WHERE? WHEN? HOW MANY?

We need to know the city where the event will be as well as what kind of venue might be used. A date, or date range, for when you would like to have this and what time frame you are looking for will help to determine our commitment and availability. Knowing the size of your group, though that will likely just be an estimate, will allow us to choose appropriate options and have a better feel for the resources required.

DO YOU HAVE A BUDGET?

If you know budget limitations, that can allow us to restrict the conversations to those options that will be within your financial constraints. This works in both directions. We don't want to overbuild and propose options that can't be done. Also, we don't want to provide less than we could realizing the resources that could be made available to better achieve your goals.
