THEY improv Helps MDA "Stars Behind
Bars" Event
Aventura,
FL: THEY improv, Fort Lauderdale's
improv troupe, assisted the Stars Behind Bars program in Aventura
for the MDA Telethon Executive Lock-Up at the Prime Grill Restaurant.
The MDA "Stars Behind Bars" event raises money to help fight neuromuscular
disease.

THEY
improv cast members for the event (Left to Right),
James Dean, AJ Navarrete, Todd Rice (cub reporter), Sam
DeLima, and Elvis Pressley.

THEY
continue to be a force for good in South Florida with their Comedy
With a Cause program. THEY served the event
by volunteering to help entertain the volunteers and supporters.
"There
is no greater inspiration to use comedy to do good works than
Jerry Lewis," said Todd Rice. "Part of what THEY are all about
is using comedy to benefit the community as a whole. The MDA Telethon
exemplifies this and has done so for years. It's nice to be even
a small part of that tradition."
The program allows local companies to shine by allowing their
executives to be sent as "Stars Behind Bars" to a local restaurant
where the executives will solicit bail money that will be donated
to the charity for their release.

About THEY improv
THEY improv is an informal group of actors
getting together and performing improv, often for charities and
always for the betterment of everyone. For now there is no corporate
structure and no financial relationship, with their first several
performances to be done for charities and the money never even
being seen by the troupe. Marketing funds and efforts will either
be donated by the members or provided by the charities themselves.
