The improv class named itself
the .08's and promises to get their audience drunk with laughter at the Main Street Playhouse at 6766 Main Street in Miami Lakes, Florida. Click here for directions. Tickets are just a $10 donation, but some tickets will be provided to local charities and to friends and family of those graduating. Any money collected over cost of the show will be given to charities chosen by the students.
The show promises to bring the next generation of comedians to Miami Dade audiences. The comedy can not be repeated or explained and will be a shared moment in time as the audience will catch lightning in a bottle. A combination of scenes and sketches performed live in front of a studio audience...what can be more fun!
The show is being held at the Main Street Playhouse...a theatre. This means no two-drink minimum, but also no alcohol being served. There are plenty of great restaurants to allow you to make an evening of it. This includes Tony Roma's, Buca Du Beppo, and many other options prior to the show. But don't be late...the show starts at 9pm!
All of this fun without fear of being pulled over! The .08's will try to walk a straight line towards the humor and all while being DUI - Driving You Insane! You get to experience the comedy being developed first hand, right in front of you!
